What payment methods can I use to make my purchases?
Mercado Pago for purchases within Argentina.
Payoneer for purchases from outside Argentina.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will depend, in principle, on whether the collector has purchased a “collection” work or a “serial print,” as both have very different packaging and logistics systems.
Taking this first division into account, the next step to consider is the place of residence or geographic location defined for the delivery of the work acquired by the collector.
Before completing the purchase, we will contact the interested collector to discuss delivery details and estimate the corresponding shipping cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Generally, yes. This will depend on whether the destination country has any legal or logistical requirements that prevent the transaction from being carried out.
It’s important to contact us before and during the purchasing process to avoid any inconveniences and ensure the experience is as pleasant as possible.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Delivery times will be agreed upon with the collector at the time of purchase or when inquiring about a specific case, as they will depend on the work purchased (work from a “collection” or a “serial print”) and the geographic location for delivery.
What should I do if the artwork doesn't arrive in good condition?
As a first step, photographically record the problem, if possible before unpacking the artwork.
Then, contact Máximo Ruiz through official channels, where we will provide assistance and guide you through the steps to resolve the issue.
How are taxes and customs fees calculated?
Artworks are listed with local VAT included, but not including any other taxes. Local taxes will be calculated at checkout, and customs fees, if applicable, will be collected at the border.
If you purchase an artwork internationally, you will be responsible for paying customs fees and will be marked as the importer of record. You may be asked to provide personal information, such as your SSN, EIN, IRN, TIN, or EORI (depending on the destination country). The shipping company will contact you directly to obtain the necessary information and collect the fee.
Please check your country’s customs information or contact a local carrier for more details. We at máximo ruiz cannot predict customs fees, as they are collected at the border.
